In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, it is possible to request out-of-court dispute resolution at the regional chambers of lawyers in Bremen and Hamburg (in accordance with § 73 Paragraph 2 No. 3 in conjunction with § 73 Paragraph 5 BRAO) or at the supra-regional arbitration office of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers (BRAK) in Berlin (in accordance with § 191f BRAO), on the Internet via their homepage www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de, E-Mail: schlichtungsstelle@s-d-r.org.
